As a practicing attorney with over 10 years of experience in estate planning, business structuring, and tax strategy, Joseph brings extensive knowledge and a unique perspective to his clients and to BWM. In addition to being a Senior Advisor, Joseph can handle a variety of legal needs for our clients, including estate planning. 

 

Joseph holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses through FINRA, and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. He has taught as a professor in the college of business at Oral Roberts University and frequently presents on tax and estate planning issues to other professionals through continuing education courses.

 

Joseph is married to Ali Hanson, they have 7 children, he is on the board of the Tulsa Latin Chamber of Commerce, and also serves on the lawyers helping lawyers committee of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Joseph is actively involved in recovery ministry through his church.
